I am KRDinning, an abstract painter in San Miguel de Allende, GTO, Mexico.

Many years ago, I attended The Art Institute in the US. My art career was interrupted by the Vietnam/US War. After several years at sea with the US Navy, I worked in many diverse fields. Whether I worked in a technical, analytic, or creative job, I always created illustrations for my employers.  

My main focus is painting abstracts which I have grown to love for their freedom and exploration of color and texture. I am motivated by the creative process. I strive to create works that evoke the imagination of the viewer. I am challenged by exploring the possibilities of color, texture, and composition.
